Blossom Here is a non-profit organization centered around helping individuals in low economic areas BLOSSOM. It is a comprehensive program that supports every individual in the family no matter what age. Blossom Here focuses on meeting families at their current need and supporting them by developing an individual plan that consists of supports that will address their current needs.
Blossom Here was inspired by a group of people who understand what is necessary to help people succeed in life. Access to resources and support for the family is at the forefront of these needs. When coupled together along with caring people anything is possible.
Blossom Here’s mission is to affect change in low economic families with supports that allow access to case management services, childcare services, and our males to men program designed to strengthen family structures.
Our vision is to stabilize an infinite amount of families economically, while simultaneously building stronger family bonds.
